Product Description
1. Compact mechanical transmission structure, lightweight, vertical spindle for large through hole diameter with hexagonal drive drilling rod, ensured torque transmission.

Features of drilling rig:
The drilling rig has high input power, high output torque and strong drilling ability.
The output speed range of the drilling rig is wide, which is suitable for both engineering geological investigation and diamond core drilling.
It has an oil pressure feeding mechanism, and the upper end of the vertical shaft is equipped with a ball clamp or chuck type clamping mechanism to improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
The drilling rig is equipped with active drill pipe, which can realize rod reversing without stopping, with high efficiency, safety and reliability.
The rig adopts double disc normally closed friction clutch, which is flexible in opening and closing and convenient in operation and adjustment.
The gear box of drilling rig adopts the structure of automobile gearbox with single handlebar, and has interlocking structure, which is easy to operate.
The drilling rig is separated from the water pump, and the water pump and the drilling rig are equipped with power separately, which can improve the output torque of the drilling rig. Especially when drilling in deep hole, the power will not drop, which will cause conflicts in the use of water pump and avoid accidents in the hole.
The drilling rig is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight. Its maximum component is less than 100kg, which is convenient for disassembly and transportation, and suitable for working in hilly or mountainous areas.
