Bit plays a very important role in the drilling of water well drilling rig, but the quality of a bit directly affects the efficiency and quality of water well drilling. I. Routine appearance inspection

(2) Regularly check whether the reinforcement is loose;
(3) Regularly check the welding position for faulty welding and desoldering.
II. Idle test run
(1) Carry out no-load actual operation of the drilling rig according to the safety operation procedures, and idle for 20 minutes;
(2) Regularly check whether the operation of the hydraulic transmission system is OK, whether the hydraulic seals, oil pipes and connectors have oil leakage, whether the temperature is OK, and whether the vacuum pressure gauge is OK;
(3) Regularly check whether the reinforcement is loose and whether various practical operations are sensitive and reliable.
